A Sick Day for Pac-Man

*Pac-Man's POV*

One morning, I woke up with a sore throat, I felt dizzy and I didn't feel good. I was in bed coughing and I was sweating. Meanwhile from the dorm, my friends Spiral and Cylindria were having breakfast till they heard this "Achoo!" "Spiral, what's that sound coming from?" She asked him. "Maybe it's coming from the other side of the dorm, Cilly." He replied pointing to where my room is. "Achoo!" I sneezed again. "I know what it is. It's Pac." Said Cylindria as she walked to the entrance to my room. "And he's sick. So, I might have to check on him for a few minutes." Then, when she came in, I was sneezing and coughing. "Pac, are you feeling alright?" Cylindria asked me. "No, I kinda woke up with a cold." I replied to her with a cough. "You do? I might have to check your forehead if that's okay." She placed her hand onto my forehead.

I felt hot as Cylindria let go of her hand and told me "You know, Pac. You have a very bad cold there. That means I have to stay home for a few days from school and take care of you. It also means that you can't go outside and chomp up the ghosts, and one important is this..Stay in bed." "Stay in bed? Aw man." I said in shock. Once Spiral left, I asked her "Would you exam me?" "Sure, I can do that. I'll be right back in a few seconds." Then Cylindria went to get something from the dorm. I was feeling worried as I sat up, grabbing a tissue from the box to blow my nose.

When Cylindria came back, I was laying down on my bed. "I'm back, Pac." "Hey, Back and Pac rhyme." I said with a giggle. "I know, that could be a silly sometimes I guess. Anyway, ready for the examination?" "Yeah, Cilly." I was worried. She grabbed a thermometer and put it under my tongue. Then she put her other hand and to comfort me. Once the thermometer beeped, she took it out of my mouth and looked at the number. "102.6" "Is this worse, Cilly?" "No, Pac. Your temperature is a little high." Then Cylindria got a tongue depressor to check my throat. "Now, say Ahhh, Pac." "Ah." "No, Ahhhhh!" "Ahhhhhh" I opened my mouth wide and sticked out my tongue. She placed the tongue depressor on my tongue and looked inside.

"Hmm, looks fine in there. Except for a sore throat." She said as she threw the tongue depressor in the trash. I closed my mouth and said to her "I guess I don't feel good." "Really? That's not good." Cylindria replied. Then she grabbed a stethoscope as she placed the ear buds to her ears and placed the flat metal piece onto my chest.
